About the Game: The first episode for the original GTA 4 is called «The Lost and Damned» ( «The Lost and the damned») and carries 30 new missions, which is approximately one third of the original game. The main character is a biker Johnny Klebits (Johnny Klebitz), gang members «The Lost», he begins his way in Liberty City, he had since birth, lives in this city. Of the additions, which boasts the first episode, it is worth noting the new multiplayer modes, weapons, transportation, clothing, public buildings with interiors and the soundtrack (with an emphasis on so beloved bikers hard rock). Graphics have been no changes, but Rockstar have added a new filter grain. Which, incidentally, may not survive until the release, the words themselves developers.

Game features:
- Apparel: Update biker wardrobe, which is sold in Liberty City.
- Motor vehicles: new car Cheetah (Cheetah) 80-s release. New bikes - chopper Marauder (Marauder), unnamed until the motorcycle, the closest looked like a NRG-900. And as Lycan, Nightblade, Revenant, Hexer, Diabolus, Wolfsbane and Deamon.
- New weapons: knife, homemade bombs, two rifles, a pistol, assault and short-barreled shotguns.
- Radio stations: an updated soundtrack to Liberty City Rock.
- Multiplayer: Drug Bust for 2-4 players; Destruction Derby on a specially created arena, and an unknown at this time regime, similar to the Free Mode from the original GTA 4, but with a «still a lot of freedom».
